I’m a connector and curator at heart — passionate about bringing women together with intention. Women who believe in community over competition, and who know that rebuilding doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.
RGR Academy™ was created for women who are ready to reset — not just financially, but personally: women who are rebuilding their confidence, clarity, discipline, and future.
And here’s the truth:
I’m not teaching this from a pedestal. I’m walking it too. In many ways, RGR is financial rehab — and I’m in it with you.

A Life Rooted in Servant Leadership
My background has always been centered around people. I’ve worked in childcare, healthcare, sales, marketing, and financial services, in roles where communication, empathy, and excellence weren’t optional — they were the standard.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of leading a team to national recognition, coordinated impactful events, and supported people through training and development — but the biggest lesson has always been the same: success isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, character, and who you become in the process.
RGR Academy™ is the natural extension of my life’s work — forged through real-life experience, challenges, and victories that continue to shape me, fueled by purpose.
Wealth Is Bigger Than Money
At RGR, we believe wealth is more than what’s in your bank account.
It’s how you think, how you recover, and how you move when life doesn’t go according to plan. And sometimes it isn’t about a lack of discipline — sometimes it’s circumstantial.
